Funding
Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM Plan)
As a member of Speech Pathology Australia, Norwest Kids Speech Pathology can provide Medicare funded sessions. Clients with chronic conditions and complex needs may be eligible for five Medicare funded sessions per calendar year. A plan can be obtained from your GP after they determine eligibility. Medicare will provide you with a rebate of $53.80 per session. Claims can be processed on-site.
Private Health Funds
Speech Pathology is covered by certain health funds. The rebate provided depends on your level of cover. Your private health insurance company will be able to inform you whether you are covered for speech pathology services and how much rebate you can receive.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Norwest Kids Speech Pathology is currently not a registered NDIS Provider. We are only able to accept self managed and plan managed clients.
